We propose an action plan, timeframes and a fee, and set everything out in a legal services agreement.

Support through to the outcome
We prepare documents, conduct negotiations, handle communication with state authorities and represent you in court. We report to you regularly.
How to prepare for the consultation
- Briefly describe the situation: what happened, when and who is involved
- Gather the documents you have: decisions, letters, contracts, rulings, correspondence
- Write down the questions you want answered
- If there are deadlines (a summons, a hearing date, an appeal deadline), tell us about them straight away
How the consultation works
- Online: video call, phone or messenger — whichever suits you
- The lawyer asks clarifying questions and reviews the documents
- You receive an explanation of the situation, the options available and their risks
- If needed, a plan for further work with fees and timeframes
How we report
- We inform you of every significant development in the case
- We send you copies of documents filed and responses received
- We explain what each decision means and what the next steps are
