These terms apply to everyone who uses the justera-law.com website. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About the website
The website belongs to the Justera law practice (hereinafter “Justera”, “we”) and provides information about legal assistance in military, criminal and corporate law.
Full name, registration details and information about the advocates: [details to be added].
2. Information on the website is not legal advice
- The materials on the website, including articles, answers to questions and descriptions of typical situations, are for general reference only and do not constitute individual legal advice.
- Every case depends on its specific circumstances and documents. Do not make decisions or miss deadlines relying solely on information from the website — seek a consultation.
- Legislation, especially on mobilisation and military service, changes frequently. We keep our materials up to date, but by the time you read them the information may no longer be complete.
- Descriptions of typical situations on the website are generalised examples. They do not describe the cases of specific clients and are not a promise of any particular result.
3. How a relationship with an advocate arises
Sending a request, a phone call, messenger correspondence or an initial consultation do not in themselves create an advocate–client relationship and do not bind either you or us.
An advocate–client relationship arises only once a written legal services agreement has been concluded, setting out the scope of assistance, the fee and the payment terms. Before concluding the agreement, we may check for conflicts of interest and are entitled to decline the instruction on the grounds provided for by law and the Rules of Advocates’ Ethics.
At the same time, everything you told us before the agreement was concluded is kept as privileged information — see our Privacy Policy for more details.
4. Fees
- Prices on the website are given as “from” — they are indicative and do not constitute a public offer.
- The final amount of the fee, the method of calculating it (fixed sum, hourly rate, etc.) and the payment terms are set out in the legal services agreement after the scope of work has been assessed.
- Court fees, notary, expert, postal and other case-related expenses are usually not included in the fee and are paid separately, unless the agreement provides otherwise.
5. No guarantee of outcome
The outcome of a case depends on its circumstances, the evidence, the position of the other parties and the decisions of the court or state authorities. That is why we do not guarantee any specific result — the Rules of Advocates’ Ethics do not allow advocates to make such promises. Instead, we commit to something else: an honest assessment of the case prospects before work begins, diligent performance of the instruction and clear communication at every stage.
6. Requests and communication
By sending a request, you confirm that the data you have provided is accurate and agree that we may contact you by the phone number or messenger you indicated. Please do not send sensitive information or documents through the form — it is better to pass them on after the consultation. How we process data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Copyright
The texts, articles, logo, the Justera name, images and design of the website are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
- You are free to share links to pages of the website.
- Brief quotation of materials is permitted, provided the source is credited and an active link to the relevant page is included.
- Full copying, reprinting or other use of the materials requires Justera’s written permission.
8. Links and third-party services
The website contains buttons and links to Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber and other third-party resources, including official websites of public authorities and texts of laws. These services operate under their own rules, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or data processing.
9. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or inaccuracies and are not liable for temporary interruptions in the website’s operation. Justera is not liable for the consequences of decisions made solely on the basis of general information from the website without an individual consultation. An advocate’s obligations and liability to a client are determined by the legal services agreement and the law.
